Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
Chemistry is a science that strives to provide explanations for macroscopically perceptible phenomena at the molecular level. Many answers to questions in material, pharmaceutical, and biological science can only be understood if detailed information on structure and dynamics at the the microscopic level is available. In the bachelor's programme "Chemistry" at the University of Bayreuth, students therefore receive a broad and well-founded introduction to the main areas of chemistry.
Chemistry is like all other science courses. Very extensive, a lot to learn and very time-consuming. But if you are ready for it, you can do it well. I really like the University of Bayreuth because everything is quite familiar and everyone knows everyone.
