Personal Assistants to the President (PRP)
The personal assistants to the president are responsible for the following:
Conception and research
- Assisting and supporting the President in all matters of university governance
- Researching topics relating to higher education and science policy
- Planning and organizing strategic projects
Schedule and event management
- Support the President when he is attending to obligations in the region, throughout Germany, and abroad
- Organizational support for the Univerein e.V. and Board of Trustees
- Conceptual preparation and follow-up and preparing content for internal and external appointments
- Drafting letters, speeches, and presentations
- Organizing events and conferences at the special request of the President
Communication and networking
- Acting as a liaison between the University Governing Board, central service units, staff units, university administration, and the faculties.
- Networking on and off campus
